What You'll Be Doing Provide in-home support and teach practical skills to strengthen families. Connect families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services. Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed. Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers. Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Education & Experience / Qualifications Iowa Requirements: Must have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education and at least two years of experience working with children and families. Rural Iowa Exception: May qualify with four years of combined education and/or relevant experience working with children and families. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills are a plus.
