Sales Representative - Greater Baltimore - Patient Care/Handling

Job Overview Work Flexibility: Field-based Sales Representative – Patient Care/Handling. As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell our Acute Care Patient Care and Handling products, including bed frames, patient room furniture, support surfaces, stretchers, and transport chairs, to healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators. Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care and Handling products to meet customer needs. Take a consultative approach to solve problems and provide highly responsive customer service. Achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics. Negotiate pricing, manage orders, and ensure on‑time, complete, and error‑free shipments. Use reports and budgeting tools to track sales and customer activity. Apply basic market research, new product introduction, profit and loss (P&L) management, and field testing knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma and a minimum of 5+ years of professional sales or clinical experience. Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $60,000 with potential earnings from commissions and bonuses. Standard employee benefits are included. Travel & Work Flexibility Field-based role: majority of time spent at customer facilities with travel within a defined territory.
