We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, manages case details with precision, and communicates effectively with clients, attorneys, and outside parties. The position offers meaningful involvement throughout the life cycle of personal injury matters, from case development through litigation support. A hybrid schedule may be available after the initial onboarding period, with an in-office presence preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day progression of plaintiff personal injury files, ensuring deadlines, filings, and case activity remain organized and current.

• Prepare, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, discovery materials, and case summaries for attorney review and court submission.

• Maintain litigation calendars by tracking hearings, deadlines, appointments, and other key case events using docketing and case management tools.

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, courts, experts, and opposing counsel to gather records, relay updates, and support case movement.

• Organize and manage electronic and physical case files, including medical documentation, claim materials, billing records, and evidentiary support.

• Assist with claim administration tasks such as compiling damages information, monitoring treatment records, and supporting settlement demand preparation.

• Use legal software and office applications to manage documentation, scheduling, billing-related activities, and workflow efficiency.

• Support attorneys with briefing preparation, exhibit organization, and other litigation-related tasks as matters progress toward resolution.

• At least 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with case management platforms and legal technology, including experience with tools such as Aderant, CompuLaw, Adobe Acrobat, or similar systems.
• Strong working knowledge of document preparation, calendar coordination, claim tracking, and file organization.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting briefing, records collection, and litigation document management in a fast-paced legal setting.
• FileVine experience is preferred but not required.
