Job Description Job Description ** Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury Law Firm ** Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area) Rack Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm located in Phoenix, AZ. The firm focuses on motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases, and is seeking 2 full-time litigation attorneys. ** Compensation & Benefits: $250,000 base + Bonuses Health insurance 401K ** Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements: In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements: ** Qualifications: Must be a licensed Arizona attorney in good standing with the Arizona State Bar At least 5 consecutive years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience In-depth knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures Extremely proficient in drafting pleadings and motions, and propounding discovery Extremely proficient and well versed in preparing for and conducting depositions, court hearings, ADR, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Substantial experience with negotiations ** Responsibilities: Handle all litigation aspects of a personal injury case that is not settled in pre-litigation ** Skills/Requirements: Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and timely meet strict deadlines Strategic minded Effective planning and execution ability Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Only 2 full-time positions available.
