Coordinate case strategy, supervise docket management, and ensure high-quality client service. Collaborate with the team to drive record-setting results and growth for the firm. Qualifications 4+ years of experience, preferably with at least 3 years of personal injury experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Preferred Qualifications Spanish speaking. Personal injury litigation experience. Easy going and passionate about helping people.
