PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

A growing plaintiff's personal injury firm in the midst of a nationwide expansion is adding an attorney to their Phoenix team. The firm has private investment backing, a proven marketing model and established offices elsewhere in the country. Work is ONSITE 5 days/week. Position Requirements (i) an active license to practice law in Arizona; (ii) 7+ years of personal injury law experience; (iii) first chair trial experience. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $150,000-170,000 + guaranteed bonuses paid monthly + a % of settlement fees. First year's total compensation is expected to be $200,000-250,000. Position includes comprehensive benefits. Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM. Education: Doctoral. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Responsibilities Pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities.
