Qualifications Three years of experience in personal injury law Arizona State Bar License in good standing Must be highly motivated, team player, and able to learn the firm’s approach to obtaining the highest settlements Demonstrated ability to handle complex personal injury cases Strong communication and negotiation skills Responsibilities Represent clients in high‑value personal injury and wrongful death cases Work under the mentorship of senior attorneys to develop case strategy Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and settlements Collaborate with support staff to manage case workflow and documentation Contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork Compensation The salary range is $150,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on experience. With our bonus structure, partners typically receive $100,000+ in bonuses, and after the first year, attorneys often earn over $400,000 combined with salary and bonus.
