Associate Attorney

My client is hiring an Associate Attorney (1‑4 YOE) – local to Phoenix. The firm is a full‑service firm looking to bring in attorneys to focus on the insurance defense space, ranging from complex civil litigation, construction, to personal injury matters. A candidate should have insurance defense experience; however, this is not a mandatory requirement. You must live in Arizona and be admitted to the bar in Arizona. RESPONSIBILITIES Case evaluation, recommendation, and support. Communicate with client and counsel. Propound and respond to discovery. Perform legal research and draft memoranda. Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents. Prepare for, take, and defend depositions. Prepare for and attend court hearings. Prepare for and attend mediation. Provide excellent service to all clients.
