Future Opening: Patient Care Coordinator Elite Vision Care is seeking a patient care focused individual who is passionate about making people happy and giving the best customer service possible! Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:50AM - 6:15PM, Wednesday 8:20AM - 6:15PM, Saturday 8:50AM - 3:15PM. Saturdays are required on a 5 day work week. Deliver great customer service with a smile Take phone calls and assist customers with exceptional phone skills Assist patients with any questions and needs they may have Insurance Verification Document Management Send messages to other teams to coordinate patient care that is needed Explain treatment options to patients Obtain patient data for accurate charting in Electronic Health Records Take contact lens orders Track Contact lens and glasses orders per patient requests Meet the vision needs of patients through checklist utilization and asking the required questions Follow internal dialogue to ensure accurate and effective communication with patients Sell products and treatments Create meaningful connections with patients Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Expected work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:50AM - 6:15PM, Wednesday 8:20AM - 6:15PM, Saturday 8:50AM - 3:15PM 5 Day Work Week Ability to commute/relocate: League City, TX 77573: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1-3 years (Required) Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Elite Vision Care — Close to Home We’re proud to have built our practice, our reputation, and our livelihoods here in League City, Texas.
