Now Hiring: Charge Nurse (RN / LPN)

Bethany Home – Sioux Falls, SD

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time opportunities available
• Shift: 12-hour and 8-hour shifts available
• Starting Pay Range:
  • LPN: $26 – $31/hour
  • RN: $35.00 – $40/hour
    (Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

What You’ll Do

As a Charge Nurse at Bethany Home, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care while leading and supporting your team.

• Supervise and support CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff
• Administer medications and oversee daily nursing care
• Accurately document resident care using PointClickCare
• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to the care team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment our residents can truly call home

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
• Active South Dakota nursing license
• Current CPR certification
• A heart for senior care and teamwork
