Forklift Operator

Primary responsibilities include:

· Assist with staging jobs in various work areas, banding skids, cleaning scrap, and distributing materials as needed.

· Load and unload trucks, move stock to and from loading docks, and place materials in designated warehouse locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered lift equipment.

· Transport materials safely throughout the facility while following OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and housekeeping procedures.

· Load materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves while securing loads with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage during transit.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

· Ability to safely operate forklift trucks, pallet jacks, electric dollies, and other powered lift equipment or obtain forklift certification.

· Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.

· Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time and follow written and verbal instructions.

· Work Shift: Day Shift

· Team: Black

· Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
