Customer Service Expert – Phone Support (LATAM)

Schedule: 4 × 5-hour shifts/week, up to 20 hours/week

micro1 is engaging Customer Service Experts to handle phone-based customer support tasks for US-based businesses. Your work will also contribute to AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

• Make and receive calls on behalf of customers.
• Handle appointments, reservations, scheduling, and confirmations.
• Communicate clearly with US-based businesses.
• Navigate phone menus and call-center systems.
• Document call outcomes accurately and confidentially.
• Manage consecutive calls while maintaining service quality.
