Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Attorney in Columbus, OH. The role involves engaging in sophisticated tax work for clients nationwide, focusing on corporate and transactional tax matters. Duties Structure business entities and real estate investment vehicles. Conduct succession planning for closely held businesses. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active bar license for the state of practice. Minimum 5+ years of professional law practice experience. Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems. Superior research skills using online services and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning, or CPA preferred.
