CDL A Yard Switcher - $23.50/hr - Local - Manchester, TN

We are currently seeking a dedicated Class A driver. This position offers a starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour with a Sunday - Thursday schedule and some Friday shifts possible, starting at 6 pm.

Pay & Job Details

Pay: $23.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday with Fridays possible
Start Time: 6pm - 6am Sunday, 10 pm - 6 am Monday - Thursday
Route: Local, Yard Switching
Freight: Car parts

Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment
Transport in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
1+ year of recent, verifiable CDL driving experience
Switching experience is a plus
Strong backing skills
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
