Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Old Dominion University

Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Account Collection Specialist to manage past-due university accounts, support Perkins loan activities, and coordinate with collection agencies and internal staff. The role requires knowledge of FDCPA, FERPA, GAAP, and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and communication skills.
