What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Associate you'll play a key role in both servicing existing customers and helping new clients find the right coverage for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, billing inquiries, and policy updates.
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options to help protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products that meet customer needs.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
• Provide personalized solutions through a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve agency goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, banking, retail, or another professional client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Sales-minded with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
