Base Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid: three days in the firm's NYC office

I’m recruiting for a Billing Specialist opportunity with a top-ranked and highly reputable AmLaw firm in New York City.

This is a high-visibility position supporting a rapidly growing practice group of approximately 40 professionals. You’ll serve as a trusted financial and operational partner to the Practice Group Leader while managing a sophisticated, high-volume billing portfolio.

The role will handle the billing process, manage complex client billing requirements, navigate multiple e-billing platforms, prepare accounts receivable reports, address aged receivables, and assist with budgeting and operational decision-making.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2–4+ years of law firm billing experience
• Full-cycle billing and e-billing experience
• Experience managing complex, high-volume client accounts
• Knowledge of outside counsel guidelines
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• A polished, professional, and client-service-oriented approach
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
