Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with homeowners who have requested loan information online
• Verify customer information and provide a friendly first impression of Button Finance
• Identify qualified opportunities and transfer them to a licensed Loan Officer
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
• Learn our proven call process while developing your own natural communication style
• Meet daily performance goals while maintaining excellent customer service

Preferred Experience
One or more of the following is a plus:

• Call center experience
• Customer service
• Appointment setting
• Inside sales
• Collections
• Mortgage, banking, or financial services

No mortgage experience? No problem, we'll teach you.
