You'll partner closely with the Director, People Operations and Programs to challenge legacy thinking, leverage AI and automation, and build a global operating model that is scalable, intuitive, and trusted.This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, developing exceptional leaders, and building systems that last.
