Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide information and guidance to patients and their families about therapy techniques to encourage continuous support and progress at home.

Track and Adjust Treatment Plans: Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure they remain on the path to success.

Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Supported continuing education and post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged.

Active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).

Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
