Job Duties

• Engage with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to ensure sustained improvement at home.
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor therapeutic efficacy and modify treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring continuous alignment with patients' needs.

Education Requirements

• Must have an accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Pursuing continuing education or postgraduate certifications is encouraged and will be supported.

Required Certifications

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary.
