Director of Operations (Organizational Strategy, Execution & Infrastructure) The Donovan’s Venom Remote | Executive Leadership | Volunteer Role We’re Building — And It Needs to Scale The Donovan’s Venom is growing. Programs. Platforms. People. But growth without structure creates friction. We are seeking a Director of Operations to design, lead, and scale how the organization operates across all functions. Because execution doesn’t scale on its own. It scales through intentional systems and leadership . The Role This role is responsible for owning the operational structure, execution, and performance of the organization . You will build systems, align teams, and ensure strategy translates into consistent, measurable execution. You are not just overseeing operations. You are building the engine that powers the organization . This role operates across programs, HR, technology, and leadership , ensuring all parts of the organization are aligned and moving forward.
