Senior human resource generalist

Randstad has partnered with a prominent corporate employer in Las Vegas to recruit a sharp, high-energy Senior HR Generalist.

This isn't just an administrative job you will directly manage corporate recruiting, tighten up onboarding workflows, organize monthly team events, and keep operations running smoothly across both corporate and remote site teams

salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• • Minimum 4-5+ years of HR experience.
  • Corporate background required (mid-sized to large, publicly traded companies with ~5,000+ employees).
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiting: Sourcing candidates (LinkedIn/ADP), screening calls, drafting job descriptions, and aligning with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Conducting orientations, completing onboarding checklists, scheduling 30-day new hire check-ins, and analyzing/escalating background check flags.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identifying inefficiencies in recruiting and onboarding workflows and bringing solutions to leadership.
  • Employee Engagement: Developing intentional, well-planned monthly engagement initiatives within a pre-set budget.
  • Senior-Level Duties (if applicable): Handling internal control audits and compliance.
• Technical & Soft Skills:
  • ADP experience is a top priority
