Job Title: Production Specialist
Location: Mankato, MN
Compensation: $17.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30am- 4:00pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Specialist workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help assemble high-quality cable and wire products in a clean, team-oriented production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Production Specialist:

• Review work orders and procedural instructions before starting each assignment
• Perform required quality assurance checks throughout the production process
• Crimp wires and assemble wire, cable, and harness components
• Assist with electro-mechanical assembly tasks as needed
• Cross-train and support other production lines or departments
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow housekeeping standards

What You Need to Bring to the Production Specialist Role:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Willingness to cross-train and work in different production areas
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift
