Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects including math, literacy, and physical education.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to create a respectful and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Foster a love for learning through creative activities, play-based learning, and hands-on experiences.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well-being.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
