MedTech Field Service Engineer or Technician - Device Upgrade - West Coast

$27 - $32 per hour

IQVIA seeks field service technicians and engineers to install, update, and maintain medical devices including infusion pumps at hospitals across the West Coast. This is a full-time travel position requiring 40+ hours weekly with regional and national assignments.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and update medical devices, hardware, software, and network products at hospital facilities
Provide technical communication and customer support to hospital staff on-site
Conduct routine product testing, data collection, and documentation after installation
Travel regionally and nationally to support customer assignments as scheduled
Maintain high-quality product support documentation and submit daily data records

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent military training, or 3-5 years field service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills with multiple software programs and remote technical support capabilities
Active, unrestricted driver's license and personal vehicle for work assignments
Professional communication skills and self-motivated work style
Ability to lift 70 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods
Hospital vendor credentialing clearance and current immunization requirements met
Location within 1 hour of major airport on West Coast

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
