Clinical Associate (Field-based)

Stryker seeks a Clinical Associate to deliver training and support for healthcare communication solutions across clinical environments. The field-based role partners with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, end-user competency, and operational excellence in acute care settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-user training sessions and instructor-led education programs on communication products and clinical workflows
- Support product rollouts, adoption strategies, and go-live activities to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Identify user trends, workflow gaps, and opportunities for targeted training interventions
- Apply consultative approach to uncover operational challenges and drive successful outcomes
- Maintain current knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare communication trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare discipline
- Current licensure or certification in healthcare discipline
- Willingness to travel up to 90% for onsite training and customer engagements
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Clinical consultative experience in a traveling role (preferred)
- Hands-on experience training in clinical environments (preferred)
- Proficiency with MS Office suite applications (preferred)
Compensation: $69,500 - $144,200 USD Annual (based on pay band USN through US30)
