Mammography Technologist (Per Diem)

Role Overview Seeking a Mammography Technologist - Diagnostic Radiology to perform screening mammography procedures in a high-volume outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality radiographic images, ensuring patient comfort and care. Perform quality control activities in compliance with MQSA and FDA standards. Utilize general radiography skills for diagnostic exams as needed. Provide compassionate interaction with patients throughout their breast health journey. Complete mandatory 48-hour mammography training prior to employment. Qualifications & Skills Successful completion of a radiologic technology program meeting ARRT registry requirements. Washington Radiologic Technologist certification and BLS certification upon hire. Registered in Radiography and Mammography (within 1 year if not initially certified). Prior general radiography experience may be required depending on location. Preferred: Two years of full-time mammography experience.
