Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Alabaster, AL by HMD Trucking
$25 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR team drivers to move dry van freight nationwide with consistency and safety.
Compensation and Incentives:
- 77¢ per mile split with weekly averages around 5,000 miles
- Safety, inspection and referral bonuses
Equipment & Support:
- Late-model tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers
- In-house maintenance guarantees reliable uptime
