Job Summary Parkridge Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Room Nurse Manager to lead our ER team in delivering exceptional patient care in Chattanooga. Responsibilities Oversee daily ER operations, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process for patient treatment. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Manage staff scheduling. Foster a culture of teamwork and compassion. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in emergency or critical care settings. BA/BS degree in nursing. RN licensure.
