Travel to various properties including homes, offices, industrial facilities, filming sets, and outdoor events. Requires a GREAT attitude, upbeat personality, reliable, trainable and ability to utilize constructive criticism. Capable of working alone and un-supervised or with a team of other dedicated Blue Moon professionals. Looking for candidates that possess the following: strong work ethic, excellent communication, detail oriented, professional appearance, customer service oriented, honesty, and integrity. Must be able to manage time effectively to clean a building thoroughly according to the tasking list and schedule in order to move on to the next location in a timely manner. Valid CA Driver's License is preferred, own car preferred/reliable transportation required. Experience driving a company vehicle a plus! Must have clean driving record. Reliable transportation is a must to be able to get to these locations and any other client locations that may arise. Some shifts may require traveling or cleaning multiple locations (one location to the next) and/or buildings. Training consist of both at our office in North Hollywood and on-site with a crew at various locations. Performing routine janitorial cleaning and facility maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Other duties may include exterior pressure washing, floor maintenance including buffing and polishing, window cleaning, COVID-19 preventative disinfection, and other related tasks. The Field Manager will assist in recruiting the cleaning technicians, arranging or confirming the necessary training at our office in North Hollywood and on-site at various locations before commencing work. The Field Manager will be responsible for monitoring employee performance levels, areas of improvement for cleaning technicians and leads, and assist in documentation and disciplinary actions. Being a liaison between leads, crews, clients, and the rest of the management team. This includes informing crew of call times, arranging employee-client meetings, and resolving issues that arise in the field and more. Assist in project estimation, implementation, and completion. Field Managers coordinate cleaning technicians crews by scheduling their travel, prepping supplies and equipment, and managing the fleet of company vehicles that are needed on the site. The latter responsibilities includes vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair reporting.
