Administrative Support Worker - Harding University Facilities

Job Description

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring an Administrative Support Worker to support the Facilities team at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. In this role, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing accounts payable and receivable, processing onboarding paperwork, maintaining attendance records, supporting payroll and timekeeping activities, and ordering supplies. You will work closely with managers, technicians, vendors, students, and university staff while handling administrative and office support tasks in a fast-paced facilities environment. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and office technology. The work is primarily performed in an office setting with regular interaction with employees and visitors throughout the day. Job Responsibilities

? Process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation and maintain accurate financial records.

? Support timekeeping, payroll-related administration, and employee attendance tracking.

? Prepare, review, and maintain onboarding paperwork and employee personnel records.

? Assist managers with disciplinary documentation, compliance tracking, and record management.

? Order, receive, and track office and facilities-related supplies and materials.

? Perform data entry, filing, document management, and routine administrative support tasks.

? Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department personnel.

? Greet employees, visitors, customers, vendors, and university stakeholders in a professional manner.

? Maintain office communications, postings, schedules, and administrative records.

? Use Microsoft Office applications, email, printers, scanners, copiers, and office systems to support daily operations.

? Assist the Facilities Management team with administrative projects and operational reporting as needed.

? Work in a professional office environment while supporting a busy maintenance and facilities operation.

Qualifications

Required

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? 1+ year of administrative, clerical, office support, payroll, HR support, accounting support, or related experience.

? Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, filing, and basic office administration.

? Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Professional verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

? Ability to work the assigned schedule of Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM.

? Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with computer and office work.

Preferred

? Experience supporting a facilities management, maintenance, operations, construction, university, healthcare, or industrial environment.

? Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, attendance tracking, or HR onboarding processes.

? Familiarity with compliance documentation and employee record maintenance.

? Experience working in a customer-facing office environment.
