Position Overview We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, Safety & Workers' Compensation to oversee workers' compensation programs, support workplace safety initiatives, and partner with leaders across multiple locations to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and promote a strong culture of safety. Key Responsibilities Manage workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution. Partner with employees, managers, medical providers, insurance carriers, and legal teams throughout the claims process. Coordinate return-to-work efforts and accommodation support. Review workplace incidents and injury investigations to identify trends and develop preventive measures. Maintain OSHA documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements. Analyze claims and injury data to recommend safety improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Support company-wide safety programs, audits, training initiatives, and compliance efforts. Provide guidance to managers and HR partners on workers' compensation and safety-related matters. Partner with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure effective claims management. Assist with insurance renewals, audits, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 6+ years of HR experience with a focus on Workers' Compensation, Safety, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partnership. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation administration. Experience supporting multi-state employee populations. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions. Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
