Solimon | Rodgers, P.C. seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to join our team and support our high-volume caseload.

In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our attorneys, clients, and staff in ensuring that every case is handled with the utmost care and precision. You'll be immersed in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued, and your growth is encouraged.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in workers' compensation law
• Comfortable attending hearings and negotiating settlements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment and multi-task
• Strong organization and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Teamwork-oriented and also works well independently
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish is preferred but not needed)

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing workers' compensation cases from inception through settlement
• Attend hearings (MSCs, status conferences, priority conferences, expedited hearings, etc)
• Settlements (You will receive a bonus off of each case you settle)
• Prepare necessary legal documents and maintain case files including claims, motions, and pleadings
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Communicate with clients to gather information, answer inquiries, and provide case updates
