Workers' Compensation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to provide high-level case management across both non-litigation and litigation matters. This role works closely with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to ensure cases progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Organize and maintain accurate case documentation in the legal case management system Obtain medical and work-status updates, appointment information, and other case-related documentation Draft and submit Workers’ Compensation Board forms through the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation Claims Management System (ICMS) Prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and discovery as needed Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, meetings, and conference calls Maintain attorney calendars and monitor case-related deadlines Support attorneys and legal staff in delivering high-quality client service What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience preferred High school diploma required; some college preferred Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation case management Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong technology and communication skills Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach Why Bader Law?
