Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator / Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The role will be responsible for coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, managing project documentation, maintaining reports, and supporting project delivery activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Consolidate project updates from multiple teams and prepare leadership reports.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and delays to the Project Lead.
• Manage project documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Support project planning, resource tracking, and communication activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Basic formulas and reporting
  • Data analysis and dashboard preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience in preparing management and executive-level reports.

Note: This temorary W2 role will last 6-8 weeks and can be 100% remote (CST time zone) - must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Will be using own equipment - must have a PC - cannot use a MAC due to connectivity issues.
