Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Float Pool – Georgia

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Float Pool position across Progressive Care and Intermediate Care units. Patient ratio 1:3-4. Minimal requested time off.

Highlights:

• Float to all PCU/IMCU floors with cardiac patient populations
• Diverse case mix including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery, and chest pain patients
• Manage cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressors
• May be assigned to telemetry beds with lower acuity patients within the same units
• EPIC EMR system in use
• 13-week contract with minimal time off restrictions

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years progressive care or cardiac telemetry experience in a similar-sized facility
• Experience managing cardiac drips and hemodynamically unstable patients
• Badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
