Infiltrator Water Technologies (Decentralized Wastewater Treatment Solutions)
Overview Headquartered in Old Saybrook, CT, Infiltrator Water Technologies is the leading provider of engineered plastic chambers, synthetic aggregates, tanks, advanced wastewater treatment systems, and accessories for the onsite/decentralized wastewater and storm water management industries. The majority of Infiltrator products are manufactured from recycled plastic. Founded in 1987, we operate throughout the US and Canada with 8 manufacturing plants in the US, dedicated sales, and corporate team members. Infiltrator is a pioneer in innovative plastic technologies for underground water management. Infiltrator components are used in most onsite septic systems installed in the United States and Canada. Infiltrator is a proud Corporate Partner of Habitat for Humanity and each year donates components for 50 septic systems serving Habitat homes in North America. In other words, we strive to be the best we can be. Responsibilities Our Sales Development Representatives (Inside Sales) are key to our business! We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused representative who enjoys learning technical aspects of products and services. Knowledgeable representative for product expertise while recognizing opportunities to cross sell and foster new potential sales opportunities. Develop, nurture, and strengthen customer relationships. Utilize multiple lead sources to identify and add new business opportunities with key contacts (engineers, contractors, homebuilders, etc.). Add new opportunities to the sales pipeline while advancing existing opportunities in the sales process. Maintain decentralized project and contact database (CRM). Territory management responsibility to include regular distributor contact, coordinating product demos, presentations opportunities and sales programs, issuing product certifications, prospecting, and maintaining customer relationships. Collaborate with marketing, tech support, outside sales and customer service to resolve customer inquiries. Qualifications Associates degree preferred, 3+ years of sales related experience (or a combination of degree and experience), excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must! Strong technical aptitude with problem solving skills. Good computer and CRM experience preferred.
