Database AdministratorNetezza Administration: Perform NPS (Netezza Performance Server) administration, including grooming, Genstats, user management, and NzAdmin/NZMigrate tool usage.Oracle Database Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle 12c/19c/21c. Manage Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters), ASM (Automatic Storage Management), and Data Guard for high availability.DB2 Administration: Administer DB2 LUW (Linux, Unix, Windows) or z/OS. Perform table space management, reorgs, runstats, and image copies.Performance Tuning: Perform end-to-end SQL tuning and system optimization across all three platforms.Backup & Recovery: Develop, test, and maintain automated backup/recovery strategies, ensuring strict RPO/RTO adherence.Security & Compliance: Implement database security policies, manage user permissions, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.Scripting & Automation: Automate repetitive DBA tasks using Shell scripting (Bash/Korn) or Python.Salary Range: $80,000 to $125,000 per yearLocation: Irving, TXJob Function: TECHNOLOGYRole: EngineerJob Id: 430552Desired Skills: DatabaseDesired Candidate Profile Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
