ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked internally with State Farm, giving me valuable experience and a strong foundation for agency ownership. We also have a yellow Lab who spends time in the office and is an important part of the team. Our agency offers a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in giving our team the tools and flexibility they need to be successful. Our culture is relaxed, trusting, and team-oriented. I'm not a micromanager - I believe in giving people the freedom to do their jobs and trusting them to follow through. I'm looking for a go-getter who takes initiative, gets the job done, and works well with everyone. As an Account Associate for Jim Rottkamp - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
