Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our renowned institution. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while working in a state-of-the-art environment equipped with cutting-edge laboratory technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures that contribute to the accurate diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
- Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and technology in a state-of-the-art facility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Stay current with laboratory advancements and maintain proficiency in all required techniques.
- Follow established protocols, quality control measures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT (AMT) certification required.
- Ability to perform precise and accurate laboratory work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts (2:00 PM - 11:30 PM), 40 hours per week, with an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.
