Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, respirators, gloves, hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed, anti-slip boots.
Set up and fixture customer parts for processing.
Select the appropriate furnace recipes and start production processes.
Use sandblast cabinets, walk-in blast rooms, ultrasonic cleaners, power wash areas, and Aerolap machines to clean and prepare parts.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as part of daily production activities.
Complete production work order paperwork accurately each day.
Maintain a clean and organized work area through regular inspection and cleaning.
Assist with other production tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Follow all AS9100, OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Pay close attention to detail and follow instructions carefully.

This Job Requires:
High school diploma or GED.
U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status (green card). Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Ability to work with your hands and use hand tools.
Ability to work in a facility that is not temperature controlled.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of the workday.
Ability to wear a full-face respirator approximately 5-10% of the time.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Ability to reprioritize daily tasks based on management direction.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Overhead crane experience is a plus.
