Federal Construction Project ManagerLead the growth and expansion of a nationally recognized contractor's federal construction business across the Pacific Northwest. Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new federal and Department of Defense opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key federal agency stakeholders, military installations, and industry partners. Provide executive-level oversight of large-scale federal construction projects ranging from $50M-$300M+. Ensure successful project delivery by driving safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction outcomes. Support opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal strategy, and contract pursuits. Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients while strengthening the organization's regional market presence. Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to win and execute work. Mentor and develop project teams while helping build a scalable federal construction platform. Deep understanding of federal procurement and contracting processes. SCIF, secure facility, and/or active or prior security clearance experience preferred. Motivated by the opportunity to shape regional growth and advance into an executive leadership role.Base Salary: $135,000-$165,000 depending on experience and level. Annual Bonus: Significant performance-based bonus potential, approximately $50,000-$150,000+. Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month (pre-tax).
