About the Role

As a Weekend LVN at Avir at Weston, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients while working a part-time schedule on weekends. Your dedication to delivering compassionate and effective care will make a significant impact on our patients' lives. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for:

Assessing patients' condition and developing individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
Monitoring patients' progress and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
