Civil Litigation Attorney

Litigation Associate Attorney (2-4 Years Experience)

Location: Irvine, CA

A growing Orange County litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle meaningful litigation matters while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and motion practice
• Develop litigation strategies
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership
• 2-4 years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Experience in premises liability, personal injury defense, or general liability preferred

Compensation

• Base Salary: $140,000-$170,000 DOE
• Tiered billable hour bonus (1,600-hour target)
• 10% origination bonus on business generated
• Additional discretionary bonuses
