An established and growing California litigation firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team in Southern California. . This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated litigation, wants meaningful responsibility, and is looking to gain substantial deposition and trial experience in a collaborative environment.


You'll work on high-value, complex civil litigation matters while receiving the support and mentorship needed to continue advancing your career.


What You'll Handle

• Catastrophic personal injury litigation
• Construction defect litigation
• Complex insurance defense matters
• Court appearances and case management
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Taking and defending fact and expert depositions
• Working directly with clients, insurance carriers, and expert witnesses
• Site inspections and case strategy
• Comprehensive trial preparation
• Opportunities for first- and second-chair trial experience

What We're Looking For

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a team
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities
• Willingness to travel for depositions and court appearances throughout Southern California, with occasional travel to Central and Northern California
