What You’ll Do

As a Management Development Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth customer service operations and accurate payment processing. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. - Conducting billing research and making adjustments in the CSM system. - Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records. - Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently. - Supporting daily operational and administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (required). - At least 1 year of experience in customer service and billing operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Not required but a plus!): - Experience in cashiering or payment handling. - Familiarity with systems such as CSM and IAS World .

You’ll be working with: - Equipment : Computer, telephone, copier. - Software : CSM System, IAS World, Microsoft Office Suite.
