Hard requirements, read before applying: Currently living in the Phoenix metro area, current city must appear on your resume Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, W2 only Able to work night shift: 9:00 PM-7:00 AM, four 10-hour shifts per week, varied days including weekends The work: Daily rounds and entry/exit control across the hospital campus, responding to codes and drills, monitoring cameras and radio communications, verbal de-escalation and support during patient interventions, safety inspections, and report writing. Training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention methods is part of the environment.
