Summary:
- Be the friendly face and watchful eye at our pool area
- Ensure the safety of guests by enforcing pool rules and responding promptly to any emergencies
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment
- Monitor swimmers and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
- Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike

Qualifications:
- Current certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the role
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
