About the Role
A fast-casual restaurant seeks a General Manager to lead operations at a high-growth location in Florence, SC. You will own full P&L performance, drive guest satisfaction, and build a high-performing team in support of aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, cost controls
• Hit sales, labor, and profitability targets through disciplined execution and local marketing initiatives
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a team of 25–35 hourly employees and shift leaders; develop future managers
• Ensure exceptional guest experience—monitor service KPIs, respond to feedback, uphold quality and safety standards
• Implement corporate programs and promote continuous improvement in processes and culture
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years’ experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume fast-casual/QSR concept
• Demonstrated P&L ownership with a track record of meeting or exceeding financial goals
• Strong leadership skills—talent recruitment, development, and performance management
• Hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach; comfortable working peak service alongside staff
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Approximately 50–55 hours per week, with flexible shift coverage as needed
